The Executive Entrée

Grilled rosemary lemon chicken with grilled vegetables and garlic roasted potatoes 

Jamaican jerk chicken with tropical salsa, saffron rice, and seasonal vegetables

Oven roasted turkey breast with sweet potato puree and sugar snap peas

Vegetable penne rustica with roasted garlic sautéed with fresh broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, layers of fresh parmesan cheese in a rosemary cream sauce

Eggplant parmesan with basil, spinach, and mozzarella

Panko breaded chicken with mashed potatoes, French beans, and corn on the cobb

Chicken parmesan with marinara and melted mozzarella served with vegetable penne pasta

Italian sausage lasagna filled with basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese

Caribbean pork served with tropical salsa, saffron rice and grilled vegetables

Jalapeno mustard glazed pork with roasted potatoes and French beans

Veal meatloaf with spinach and crimini mushrooms with mashed potatoes and French beans

Grilled beef teriyaki with basmati rice and stir fried vegetables

All executive entrée items are $12.95 a person and come with disposable plates, silverware, iced tea, house or Caesar salad, and bread.
